Campiu Automotive is a auto parts manufacturer established
in 1989, is the pioneer producer of the fuel supply
unit in China. We have completed functional department
include R&D,QA, Manufacturing Department, Equipment
Engineering Department, Laboratory, Purchasing Department,
Logistic Department, Project team and Finance controlling.
In R&D, we can use CAD,CAE ,we can build up
3D module according to the requirements from customer,
and we use Finite Element Analysis software solve
the problem in
Hydraulic, Elec&magnetic, Stress ,impact etc.
Also we have a good lab to do the related test,
include the life time operating, temperature cycle
testing, special fuel testing, vibration testing,
EMC testing, noisy testing, we also have a completed
specification for all of testing issue.
Our QA is composed by three function team, SQA(supplier
QA),CQA(customer QA) and PQA(production QA).
In the factory ,we have a armature line with automatic
machine, the rotor winding, welding, turning, and
Dynamic balancing equipments are produced by top
company in the world.
Our pump assembly line located in a Dust Free Factory,
in this workshop, we control the temperature and
humidity, the powerful air conditioner and fresh
air exchanging system make the plus air pressure
inside, the Dust Free Factory make us can produce
the pump in a cleaning condition.
Our pump final tester is a fully automatic machine,
with the potent software and many complex mechanical
components, we will provide the exact parameters
and record by our industry computer ,and we will
keep them at least 20 years, that means it’s
easy to find the original parameter if we or customer
want.
The final tester located in an Anti-Explosion room
with special building structure and material, keeping
constant temperature and humidity, also the floor
is Anti-Static.
The parts is very important ,so we have strict purchasing
process the approval procedure, we require all the
parts must approve by material, dimension ,function,
and lifetime validation, the assy validation,we
use the parts until all the PPAP and validation
is completed.
We have a good team in our Equipment Engineer Department,
the team member include software ,hardware, mechanical
,electronic, hydraulic, pneumatic expert, they are
active in R&D, Lab, QA and production.
We are the professional team for fuel supply unit,
and also we will expand our product field with our
